About Us
The Untitled Project exists because we are the lucky ones. We got the chances that not everyone does. And giving back isn't optional for us. It's the only thing that makes sense.
We are here to just show up and get the work done in the world, one life, one community, one story at a time.
What drives our spirit is quite simple. The right people, with the right intention, choosing to show up, can make a huge difference. They can make something real for someone.
We don't just raise awareness by posting about the problem or conducting a superficial, one-time drive and just leave. Rather, we at The Untitled Project show up and get the work done.
We perform real, on-the-ground initiatives, actively uplifting people who never got the chance.
We work across interconnected social issues to create tangible change that shows up in people's lives. Our success matrix is simple: Did something actually change for someone? That's what we stay accountable to.
Real work is done through consistent, on-ground action. We don't operate in one-time drives and leave. We stay, return, and build consistency over time.
Our methods include drives, teaching, and structured modules. We carry out programmes such as donation drives and direct engagement, where our team works with children, survivors, and people on the ground.
Our Approach is simple: Show up. Do the work. Stay accountable. Every effort is measured by the real, measurable change it creates in people's lives.
Our Causes
Founder's Note
I sat in the temple that day, wondering why privilege exists. Why are people treated differently for such trivial reasons? Every day, I saw people struggling just to meet their basic needs.
I am Aarav Tiwari, the Founder & President of The Untitled Project and a wandering teenager in the streets of Hyderabad, India. We often get caught up in our personal problems that are often minor, but even being entitled enough to call things like not having trendy clothes or expensive stationery “problems” is a privilege in itself.
We enjoy countless luxuries in life, yet there is always that one person who does not know if they will be able to feed their family the next day. That is when I truly understood that we are privileged in more ways than we realise.
I started this organisation because giving back was never optional for me; it was something I always felt compelled to do. In a world driven by greed, false ego, and ignorance, what we need is kindness, gratitude, and humility in every individual.
With this vision, where giving back is the only motive and kindness the only desire, The Untitled Project came into being. What drives me every day are the people around me and the harsh realities they face. My aim is simple: to create meaningful change and bring even a moment of peace and a smile into someone’s life.
I am also guided by the principles of my mentor and my guiding light, Sri Krishna, who remains one of the strongest reasons behind this journey and our constant well-wisher.
The Untitled Project is ‘untitled’ not because I could not decide on a name, but because I believe it cannot be confined to one. I simply do not wish to label it. It carries the stories and experiences of every individual involved. Every change we create, every smile we bring, continues to define The Untitled Project.
I do not see it as a finished organisation; to me, it is a living document, one that is still being written every single day.
I believe that every human being deserves basic respect and essential necessities. To achieve this, I aim to create a platform for that one person who never got a chance. My vision is to make this organisation self-sustaining and independent.
Rather than focusing on short-term relief, I want to empower individuals, that is, make them skilled and self-reliant, capable of sustaining themselves in the long run.
Revolving around five interconnected wings—Mind, Learn, Rise, Earth, and Culture—I aspire to work where these ideas intersect in real life.
If you are reading this and something resonates with you, be it the gratitude, the guilt, the restlessness, or the feeling that you have been given too much to remain comfortable, then this is for you.
Come build this with us. Not as a volunteer. Not as a follower. But as someone who truly believes in what we stand for and is willing to put in the work that belief demands.
